At Coastal we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to Coastal within 30 days — with tags and in the condition that you received it — and you will receive a refund. After 30 days and up to 60 days we will issue you a store credit THAT NEVER EXPIRES!

Coastal is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Coastal cannot accept COD deliveries.

Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card.

You may also return your purchase directly in our store during business hours at no charge and no waiting for your credit!
